All ready started the tubs v clinchers one. The swim threads are being a bit lame as well I dont think a lot of the coaches have managed to find us yet

oats
butter
sugar (brown)
raisins
Melt the butter and mix with the oats and sugar - add in the raisins and bake for a while.

we need to have huge posts on the IMUK thread with the who's entered updates. Its all a bit too short at the moment.
I am trying out new name, I think it is a bit sad but it appeals to the science geek in me.
