thought i would change the name of my blog a bit while we are here.
I think i missed tri-talk going biscuits brown, when did that happen?
anywho i have been training hard and doing lots of it. this week for example is 25 hours.
swam monday and here is the session:
600 swim pull kick
200 as 25 fists 25 swim
2 x 100 drill
6 x 50 swim/build
16 x 25 pull band 3 fast 1 easy on 30secs
300 swim concentrating on cadence 1 min rest
16 x 25 band 3 hard 1 easy on 30 secs
300 swim concentrating on cadence 1 min rest
16 x 25 pull band 3 fast 1 easy
300 swim concentrating on cadence 1 min rest
8 x 50 kick (2x70, 1x60, 1x80)x2
200 warm down
then had a 1 hour run with pick ups, ran well and feel like i am getting better.
then tues had swim:
400 fc-bk
300 pull, 200 hungarian paddles, 100 catchup - build
2x(2x50 drill, 1x50 build on 60)
2x(4x200 pullband on 3mins, 5x100 swiom on 1.25, 3x100 on 1.20)
6x50 (37.5,25,12.5 fast)x2 on 60
8x50 kick on 60
200 fc-bk warm down
then 1 hour run with 25-30mins tempo around the outwoods (semi x-country)
then yesterday had:
3 hour bike ride with cycling club, average speed 23mph when i took my turn 25mph for 25mins hurt like hell, cyclists are very good on the bike and are also very fit.
and also had a 4km swim. can't remember waht i did exactly but there was alot of band work in thier.
then today had 2 hour bike with 8x2mins HARD
and then got a 45min run later on aswell.
uni is sooooooo much fun and going away witht the army on weekends is awesome went and did section attacks and we were just shooting anything that moved in the killing zone and it was awesome (no animals were hurt in the process of the exercise although many paper and metal targets were destroyed with a mass of bullets!!!)
