can anyone recommend a decent training shoe for around £60? I would prefer saucony or asics but cannot make my mind up so was looking for some advice!

If you're a neutral runner I can reccommend saucony jazz, did imuk in mine and had no problems. They were also £30 on offer from sportsshoes.com, think they've still got some sizes left.

Look at these. www.evanscycles.com/product.jsp?style=21449If I could find them locally where I could try them on I'd give them a go 'cos of the long loops. They'd def. help me get quicker T2 times 'cos I always struggle to get my Gymshoes on.

Sorry mate, there is no substitute for physically trying a load of pairs on, preferably with some good advice thrown in from the staff. One shoe might be perfect for 90% of runners but positively harmful for you. You may well find that the lesser known £40 shoe is better than the £80 one
Where do you live?
(Oh OK, my advice: dont get Green Flash)
