I have the forerunner 305 which I frikkin love. If you want something purely for biking the edge looks good, if you want something for both I would go with the forerunner myself.
Either way, great bit o' kit.

I would definitely get one if the missus would allow. Alas she won't. But they look like the dogs boll**ks.
We have just bought my parents an Edge 205 because they are off tandeming in New Zealand for 3 months. Amazon had the cheapest deal, £69 including VAT and postage.
No disrespect to triandrun (go on, smite me, smite me, you know you want to....), but I have heard it said that the polar footpod thing is a bucket o' rubbish, and that in the 21st century GPS is the way to go as sure as The Pope has a balcony
(edited to check how the censor works- quite well actually)

had had a few last night and got a bit confused. What we actually got for £69 was a forerunner 101, + an extra £11 for a bike mount, because it takes 2 AAA batteries, rather than being rechargable which is not much good when you are camping in the Southern Alps surrounded by 7 million sheep.
