I use Zinn and the Art of Road Bike Maintenance. It does the job for me. I'm sure Duncan will be along in a minute to point you in the direction of the Park Tools site

This was my cunning plan to expose D74 if he replied with anything other than the parktools web site we would have known he is an interloper

Everyone knows you just go to Park Tools and print off the page you need then throw it away - save your money and just buy better tools for the job.
