I had a quiet week at the start of the month before Clearwater and then did pretty much nothing for the week after. Somehow I still managed the following:-
Swim - 25km Bike - 630km (+36km commuting) Run - 103km
Less than 7 months to go to the big race now and it seems to be filling fast.

In the run up to Austria it seemed like it was a very long way away for ages and then the last 12 weeks flew by!
I'm planning on keeping things pretty unstructured up to Christmas and then I'm going to hit it properly in the New Year.

I have my training log in 2 places on the wall, next to them I have a green and a red pen - if I do a session I put the details in in green, if I miss it I put a big red X up - I hate putting red X's and even in todays unbelievably rubbish weather that was enough to motivate me a) to go out for my long run and b) to get up early to go to the pool to make up for missing yesterdays swim session.
Fingers crossed it keeps working.

entry limit must be close if not already full. only a few hundred left when i last checked a few weeks ago. i think i might try and grab one of the 100 germany places in jan, otherwise stick with lanza.
interesting people go for the faster courses rather than the challenging ones. its ironman !
