My favourite thing at the mo is a wholemeal pitta bread, stuffed with one grated carrott, a handul of raisins & chopped walnuts & some grapes... mmmmm mmmmm, oh & spread delux hommous on the inside of the pitta. It's a taste sensation!

Pookey it's really healthy (well if you don't go over board with the hommous) but i'm veggie & I get bored of cheese sandwiches (in fact I don't eat them anymore) so it is a healthy option & quite filling. It's a healthier option to bread too so you don't get that horrible bloaty feeling!

Subway - today is BMT day !
Look, I have 45 mins of swim drills - kicking only - beforehand and then an hour of hard spinning tonight before I go home to my tea of 'mixed bean bake', so I am going to have a Subway and not feel guilty. I am not going to feel guilty. I'm not ....

30 minute run followed by a chickpea salad and an apple. I am permanently hungry at the moment thanks to 3 gym visits a day.

Hi Daz
i'd usually have a massive tuna/mayo baguette for lunch (bought so god knows how much mayo would be in) or something similar crisps , maybe a slice of cake . Now i have managed to get myself snacking on fruit /dried fruit homemade soup or a big salad with either tuna or chicken /turkey... i'll usually have bread if i know im doing a big training session ... i have also stopped having fizzy drinks and usually have water or herbal tea . Its been hard , but in the last few weeks i have lost an inch of my hips and 2 inches off my waist and i feel brilliant.
