The New Year is coming and I've been a good triathlete so some new gear will come my way. Aero Helmet:- LG Rocket or Rudy Syton open?
Have tried on Rocket and Giro Advantage II, Rocket was way comfy so leaning towards that. Syton doesn't seem tunnel tested but is cooler and enough top guys have used it (a bit old now?)
Any experiences of these helmets in IM?
Also has any tried the rotor Q rings? Would like some non marketing feedback, they seem rather good for cutting 5 -10 mins off IM bike split. Can you get lower position by decreasing dead spot?
Cheers JT

Don't spend ££££ on Q-Rings or O-Symmetrics - find some old Shimano Biopace and rotate them round 2 holes from the recommended setup to get the same effect. They won't have any effect on your position as the crankarm length stays the same
Read somewhere that the Syton has good testing results even though it looks like it would be rubbish? Seems like the Rocket is much much better the lower you can get.
