10 gels - yum.
Wiganer, you know you can double up on pain killers as long as one is paracetomol and the other ibruprofen? Ask your pharmacist. I use Solphadene as they're 1000mg of pain killing fun.

Happy Christmas to me - I bought a tacx flow . It has caused me to sweat and swear more than any workout I've done in a long time - and that was just to put it together If you are thinking of getting one, make sure you are fluent in 'put nut H in hole J, turn C and make sure N is parallel to F' speak. Aaaaaahhhhhhhh!!!!!!

Andy, I am doubling up like a madman....and it is working thank the lord......... however, the pain was that bad during one night (and I was dosed out on pills) that I grabbed the hot water bottle and used it......got me to sleep eventually, but woke with two small burns on my cheek !!!
