Can anyone comment on the realtionship between OBLT and VO2Max measured against HRMax, would I notice an improvement in CPU if I increased ACDC against BNFL and perhaps R2D2 combined with ITMA but most importantly will it make me go faster Thanks Confused of Tritemp

No, you see if you amplify the ACDC, the BNFL will force the R2D2 to decline, and the ITMA will negatively feedback into your CPU and ACDC. This will cause your VO2max to hop slightly, such that your OB LT will leave and go for a snack instead. But your HRmax will remain constant, unless you go to the phwaorr thread and R2D2 your BNFL.

Thanks for that Tim, one question though... Can I calculate my own R2D2 or do I need to have it measured?

Is this supposed to make sense? I got HRMax and VO2Max nowt else though It depends how big your BNFL is. To measure your R2D2 it is usual to have the necessary equipment ready. Many on this forum prefer butt plugs, but an ITMA can work too.

Don't worry about any of that tosh. Just change your chain every 200 miles. That's all you need to know.
