f@@@@@@@@@@king hell this sat coming will be the day for the hammer time!! been chatting to h.davies and to get the sub 3 just 2:58:30ish need to do 14kp/h for the time!!! going to give my all and soo want to hit the sub 3 we will see on the day all i know be greta to do as its my frist marathon run and after i think a guinness or two wwwwwwwwwwhats up soz had to do it time 9am place royston swimming pool 9th dec 2006

So you just gonna set the dial to 14kph and off you go, no touching the speed? Hope you got plenty of sport drink on hand and a crash mat if your legs fail to make it.

Have fun. The treadmill always seems harder to me. Don't buckle, it's all in the head. Stay stong in the bonce and the legs will follow.

yes i go off at 9am at royston swimming pool gym (were i work) this sat yes going to start of at 14 kp/h and going to give my all!!! have got all my gells sports drinks sorted though me new sponsor (ta honey stinger gells) Just down to the athlete now to get the job done!!

Good luck Kev. You should use my (sorry-your) Stealth on the treadmill for the distance! now there's a challenge! It's all about the tunes. Get some good tunes in your ears and it'll fly by.
