I agree boR, I too like cycling. In fact I'm desparate to be good at it to the point where I'm knackering myself out with 5 turbo sessions a week. At the fitness test last week he asked 'how many of these sessions are you doing over your LT?' - all of them I answered. 'More zone 2 is what you need' - PAH! Trouble is, I', desparate to be good at running to and I'm busy killing myself with that to. d**n I hope all this makes a difference.

its good though that we can enjoy the sport instead of enduring it, coz god knows ther are times when it feels like a chore, so i am just going with the flow and making the most of liking it at the moment. dunno if you read the planned isle of wight ride in the new year, you fancy coming along? you can stay at my gaff for the weekend, the girls can go shopping while we go training?? ;D

EEK! I'd be worried about the damage being done to my credit card. ;D When is it?
I like this phase of the year, it's far enough away from any races not to worry about injury and its outside any sort of structured training to try things out. I'm enjoying knocking myself out week after week. I finish work this friday so will have more time for more sessions.

I also am pretty keen on cycling, although it is the running I am liking most at the mo - not enjoying the swimming at all.
