I'm on a bit of a run focus at the mo - Luton Marathon on Sunday and Tring2Town2 in Feb - the bike miles have been a mixture of commute and turbo. Lost some time to an infected tooth, root canal surgery and antibiotics...
Swim 15.1k Bike 268k Run 218k weights 2 sessions total time 32hours

Cutter, are you turning pro? That's got to be about 20 hours a week?

swim 5 hours, all hard club sessions
bike 11 hours, all on the turbo except for a steady 4 hour ride. Turbo stuff a bit more intense but not blowing chunks by any means.
run 12 hours, all base endurance, about half-half treadmill and great ourdoors. 16 week marathon training plan kicks in the week after next, straight in at 40 miles per week which is kind of worrying.
First year I have trained with a plan like this.

Roughly...cos I do it by week, not month... Swim - 21.5km, avg 4km in 2 hours a week Bike - 430 miles, 100ish miles in an avg 5 hours a week, incl one rest week, mostly on the turbo Run - 70 miles, avg 15 or so miles in 1:45 a week Total Hours - About 40

Yep, that's about 20 hours...the cycling includes my 30-40k a day to work and back though so that bumps the miles up a fair bit. Not exactly turning pro though

30-40k a day to work and back certainly bumps up the bike mileage and training time. Certainly a good way to get fitter, my 120 mile a day commute is sadly a little outside of the realms of imaginability for commuting.

With just over 2 weeks out and no swimming or biking until the last week, November is my lowest month since I started back training: Swim: 2.1k Bike: 68k Run: 54k Total.....9hours 5 minutes 48 seconds Hopefully this month should be a bit better - would be hard for it to be much worse.

swim 20 hours (about 45km) Bike 21 hours (god knows how far through the mud on the MTB to work, and all of it done in 2 weeks) Run 11 hours (all on the Mark Allen program) Gym and flexibility 8 hours Total 60 hours (Its great now we have a gym at work and I get paid for doing weights and flexibility with the kids!)
Pretty chuffed when I've added all this up, especially about my swim volume, which I think is higher than the last 6 months added together... Think that December is going to be a run focus month. Or a getting really drunk focus month...

Not a great month by any means. A total of 9 zeroes due to being a lazy git. Gave up early on Le Blaireau's 'no naught November' plan but will now go for a 'don't desist December' instead.
Swim: 16.2km Bike: 424km Run: 131km
Total time: about 36 hours
Aiming for no 'zeroes' and about 50 hours in December

Slack slack slack for me this month (as with last month and the month before that).
10 big Zero's 7h35m swimming (biggest month this year) 13h30m running (2nd biggest month this year) 4h10m cycling (the less said about that the better)
