I haven't added my name to the TT list yet - assuming I still have loads of time to enter. Anyone (Andy S?) checked the entry numbers recently?

No, not recently but there was plenty of space the last time I looked, a couple of weeks back. Unless something weird happens (which might, the Mexico team managed to take abour 20% of the places at last years IM Austria) I can't see it filling until spring time, if it fills.

im aiming for 9 stone , which is what i used to be before i starting eating lots of nice foods and wines ... (it has helped that i haven't had any alcohol for 3 weeks ) i have also started running again (just little ones) but that always makes a difference with me , you'll be fine Scott you have got lots of long fat burning sessions next year to trim yourself up with

good luck with with the weight management. i cant really get much lower in fat% (on 6.5 now) but will try cos i want to build up upper body muscles which will add a little weight. added a lot more protein to the diet and about to try a low-dosage creatine programme of 3g/day for 30days. supposed to put 1lb a month on in water retention but should be offset by the extra trainign itll help me achieve.....want to boost by a couple of hours/week on my 3/4 week meso.

I've dropped from 17% to 12% body fat in the last month but gone up 3kg in weight! Which is a huge shame as that extra 3kg stopped me breaking 60 on my VO2 test. Got to loose weight and break 60 (anything except train ). I don't care much for weight but under 82kg for the race and under 10% lard would be good.

where can i get my body fat measured? or is there a way of working it out roughly...

I use the rubbishpy scales at the gym. They're probably way out but it's only 50p so who cares. I weigh myself at work on the postal scales which are very accurate and noticed my weight is going up so while at the gym measured my fat on their scales and noticed it'd gone down which backs up what I think has happened, more muscles and less fat (the mrs is moaning I look skinny as well so she backs it up to).
