Well done to all. Very well deserved. I hope Toyota Crown inspires more death-defyingly stupid efforts at finishing races next year ...

I hope Toyota Crown inspires more death-defyingly stupid efforts at finishing races next year ... cheers you just hexed me as I DNF'd at Luton marathon today i figured a sensible DNF would be the most out of character thing to do to confound people. so next year i'm just racing sprints. (120 of them tho ;D)

hey you got the awards in the bag. people will forget by nov 07! more bone breakage next year? if it doesnt happen then we'll arrange a mallet&block of wood jobbie. get a staple gun to it and then out for an ironman. now THATS what I call raising the bar I hope Toyota Crown inspires more death-defyingly stupid efforts at finishing races next year ... cheers you just hexed me as I DNF'd at Luton marathon today i figured a sensible DNF would be the most out of character thing to do to confound people. so next year i'm just racing sprints. Amandarunning did a marathon with a broken leg, that's going to take some beating on the nutcase scale.

cheers Daz - it's nice to know you can rely on your mates when bones require to be broken. you sure you've got a big enough mallet, i seem to be as tough as a gristley bit of gristle apparently. Amandarunning did a marathon with a broken leg, that's going to take some beating on the nutcase scale. she sounds dangerous, i best break both her legs to be safe but if she still does a marathon then i'll concede defeat. Just remembered, i severely scre*wed up my knee in approx 01? just 6 days before FLM due to cycling. as i'd already carried over the entry from last year i literally limped round to a 5h15 time, when i was on for a close to 3hr attempt. What was amanda's time?
